It grossly underrepresents incidents of violence, threats, and bullying not only across America, but especially in Indiana due to our state’s lack of a hate crime law. By sharing what you experienced or witnessed, you can educate the public, empower others, show service providers where help is needed, and strengthen advocacy efforts. We are interested in hearing about hate-based crimes as well as hate-based incidents. To learn more about the difference between a hate crime vs. a hate-based incident, review our definitions here.
